Lost items or left items: Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. There will be a $35.00 handling charge PLUS shipping costs for any found items returned at Guest's request. Management shall not be held liable for the condition of said items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days may be donated or sold.

1.) No need to start any laundry, we'll handle it all off site with our professional linen company.
2.) We would appreciate a quick scrape and rinse of your dishes. Housekeeping will still go through and sanitize, but pre-cleaning them really helps keep the bugs/ants away for our next guests.
3.) For your convenience, the park has placed several free, bear proof dumpsters in the Wawona area! The nearest dumpsters are located just around the corner, on the left side of Chilnualna Falls Rd, as you're heading back toward the highway.
4.) PLEASE return any furniture you may have moved during your stay (especially outdoor chairs).
5.) Most importantly, please note our checkout time is 11am, not 10am like over 80% of vacation homes in our area! Our housekeeping team runs on caffeine and tight schedules, so they sure do appreciate you leaving on time!

The cabin is in a great location in Wawona with convenient access to Yosemite, and the host communication was thorough and responsive. Check-in was easy and the surrounding area is beautiful.<br/>Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by serious rodent and cleanliness issues. We understand this is a cabin in the mountains and that occasional wildlife or insects can happen, but this was far beyond that. There were mouse droppings in the cabin when we arrived, and we later found large amounts under the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and elsewhere. We saw multiple mice in the kitchen, heard them loudly enough to wake us up multiple times each night, and woke up to mouse droppings on our sheets. The mice also chewed through the garbage can and bags.<br/>The host did send someone to place traps, which we appreciated, but it did not resolve the sanitation concerns during our stay.The hot tub was not hot enough to be usable. Great location, but the stay did not match the price or reviews.
The cabin was exactly as described, including amenities. The fully stocked kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals and the laundry is a huge plus for families. The cabin was comfortable and provided a quiet and peaceful space after hiking all day in Yosemite. Being within Yosemite is a huge plus with beating crowds in the morning. <br/>A minor issue, there were mouse droppings in the laundry hamper, and a few other areas, which we noticed throughout our stay. While not unexpected, the cleaning crew could easily clean this as part of a standard cleaning. <br/>We would recommend this cabin for anyone looking for an amazing location and a peaceful, relaxing place after spending all day in Yosemite.
