We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Great question! We only manage single family dwellings, with no shared wall space between other guests or owners. This is to prevent a plethora of issues that can arise in these situations. Most guests coming to the mountains want privacy, which is what we love to give them! Lastly, we look for unique homes that are set up with top of the line amenities to ensure a wonderful guest experience.

The vast majority of these booking platforms charge you, the guest, a service fee with every reservation. If you like saving money, we recommend booking directly through us! You'll get the exact same home and exact same service, only you'll keep more money in your pocket that can go towards more activities on your vacation!
