Rental Agreement: Immediately after booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will be sent to you via text and email for E-signing. E-signing allows you to go straight to the property upon your arrival, instead of coming to our office to sign and get a key!

While we take regular preventive measures, including professional pest control, occasional visits from local wildlife—such as ants, spiders, insects, mice, or cobwebs—can occur. If you notice any of these during your stay, please let us know so we can promptly address them and ensure your comfort.
Neighbors: Please do not trespass on the neighboring properties. We appreciate you respecting the local neighborhood!
Maintenance: In case of emergency - Management and Management's representatives and agents have the right to enter the premises, after making reasonable attempts to contact tenants, to make any necessary repairs to maintain the health and safety of the tenants or the property.
No Smoking: The Smoke Remediation Fee will be a minimum of $500 for smoking in the house and could be higher depending on the extent of the damage.
Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 8AM everyday. This is a quiet, mountain area so limiting noise during these hours would be appreciated by the locals who call our area home.
Hot Tub: Hot tub is checked before and after every reservation, and is professionally serviced. Pouring any soap/bubbles/bath bombs, or any other items that force us to drain and refill the water will incur a cost of $300. Also, by agreeing to these house rules, you understand there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY for the hot tub, and that you agree to use at your own risk.
Lost items or left items: Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. There will be a $35.00 handling charge PLUS shipping costs for any found items returned at Guest's request. Management shall not be held liable for the condition of said items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days may be donated or sold.
Simple Checkout Instructions:
1.) No need to start any laundry, we'll handle it all off site with our professional linen company.
2.) If you have time to start the dishwasher, that would be helpful.
3.) For your convenience, the park has placed several free, bear proof dumpsters in the Wawona area! From the cabin, if you head back down Koon Hollar Rd. towards the main highway, you will see these dumpsters off to the left side of the road, just a few feet off of the road.
4.) PLEASE return any furniture you may have moved during your stay (especially outdoor chairs).
5.) Most importantly, please note our checkout time is 11am, not 10am like over 80% of vacation homes in our area! Our housekeeping team runs on caffeine and tight schedules, so they sure do appreciate you leaving on time!

Very great location. Host was very responsive to any issues too!
The cabin was very nice and represented exactly what was advertised. The caretakers communicated with us daily to insure that everything was OK and our expectations were being met. On the 2nd day we ran into a problem with the Refrigerator/Freezer not working properly. We communicated this info to them and they immeadiately responded. They sent out a repairman the following morning who diagnosed that the compressor had failed. They had a replacement Refridgerator sent out within hours and we were up and running again with a cold Refridgerator. Very pleased with how fast they addressed this issue resulting in only a very minor impact to us. Overall we had a great 3 day weekend at the cabin.
This property lived up to the listing. Great, serene location but easy to find with the host's instructions. <br/>We also very much appreciated the minimal checkout chores!
